Article 5: Check-in / Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be requested subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Article 6: Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Any cancellation made up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date is free of charge and will result in a full refund.

Late Cancellation: For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.

Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show: For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or for no-shows without prior cancellation, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Reservation Modification: Any changes to your reservation (dates, room type) are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

Article 7: Force Majeure
